What if we stop renewing the annual support contract?

How does air-gap operation work in practice?

The Q appliance runs the entire AI stack locally — no internet connection is required at any point. All model inference, all data retrieval, all query responses happen on hardware inside your building. You can configure it to have zero egress and it operates identically.
